1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Abyss' Underworld website and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Products and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Slight variations in colour or appearance may occur.
  • Sale prices are valid only for the duration of the stated promotion. Once a sale ends, the regular price applies.
  • We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or errors in product or pricing information.
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order. We do not store card details on our servers.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once payment is successful. This email is your receipt.
  • Coupon codes must be applied at checkout. They cannot be applied retroactively to a completed order.
  • Only one coupon code can be applied per order. Multiple coupon codes cannot be combined. Once a coupon code is applied, it cannot be changed, removed or used again.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
  • Some products are fulfilled through third-party suppliers and ship directly from the supplier. Delivery times for these items may differ from standard estimates.
  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping availability may vary by product.
  • Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • If a package is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact your carrier first, then reach out to us for assistance.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date through your account page.
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a return.
  • Certain items including digital goods, final sale items, and products marked non-returnable are not eligible for return.
  • Once a return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
